SOUTH TERMINAL

South Terminal - Departures
Banks	The bureaux de change offer limited banking services.
Bureaux de Change	Travelex is in Zone A, open 06:00-19:30, and in Zone J/K open 24 hours. Thomas Cook is in Zone F, open 24 hours, and in the mezzanine shopping area, open 06:00 - 21:00.
Cash Dispensers	Barclays, Midland and AbbeyLink machines opposite the International Departures security entrance in Zone G/H. American Express ATM on the rail station concourse.
Food and Drink	On the mezzanine level around the shops in The Village.
Luggage Trolleys	Avilable free of charge on the forecourt. Porters are also available.
Pay Phones	In the service zones close to the check-ins, and throughout the mezzanine level.
Places of Worship	An inter-faith chapel is available for private prayer in The Village.
Postal Services	Mail box and stamp machine in Zone F. Postal services available on the upper mezzanine level along with instant passport photographs, photocopying and a business card printing machine.
Shopping	News shop and bookstore at check-in. Range of shops in The Village on the mezzanine floor.
Toilets	At both ends and in the middle of the check-in area. The mezzanine level toilets all have disabled facilities. Showers available on the mezzanine floor.

South Terminal - Arrivals
Bureau de Change	TTT Foreign Exchange is open from 06:00-22:30, Thomas Cook is open from 06:00 to 23:00 close to Zone S. TTT also have a small bureau in the rail concourse.
Buses	Available from street level forecourt.
Car Hire	Major companies have desks beyond the Meeting Point.
Cash Dispensers	American Express machine in Rail concourse.
Food and Drink	Coffee and snacks only.
Information Desk	In main Arrivals area.
Luggage Trolleys	Available free of charge in Baggage Reclaim
Pay Phones	In Baggage Reclaim and in the main Arrivals area.
Shopping	News shop, bookstore, and a convenience store.
Parking	Access to Short Stay car park through covered walkway, follow signs to lower level.
Taxi	On the forecourt.
Toilets	In Baggage Reclaim.
Train	The entrance to the Rail concourse is signposted and is towards the Departures area.

South Terminal - Airside
Airline Lounges	Upper level, next to Thomas Cook Bureau de Change.
Bureaux de Change	Thomas Cook open 06:00-24:00, Travelex open 05:45-23:30.
Cash Dispensers	One ATM located at the Thomas Cook Bureau on lower level.
Entertainment	Video games area upstairs, near McDonald's
Food and Drink	Variety of outlets.
Internet Exchange	Internet access, e-mail, games, office software, scanning, printing and faxing. Located in Departures Lounge, open 06:00 to 21:00.
Pay Phones	Located throughout the lounge.
Postal Services	Mail box on left after passport control and a photo booth that takes passport pictures upstairs beside the games room.
Shopping	Tax free shopping mall offering a wide variety of stores.
Toilets	In the Departures lounge, offering disabled facilities and baby changing rooms.

NORTH TERMINAL

North Terminal - Departures
Bureaux de Change	Two Bureaux de Change. Thomas Cook, open 24 hours, and TTT, open 05:45-22:30, are located on each side of the door to the International Departures security area. Travelex in the shopping mall and Thomas Cook opposite the exits to short term car parks, both open 24 hours.
Cash Dispensers	Three ATMs near Thomas Cook and the smoking area - Barclays, Midland and Nationwide Link cater for most international cards.
Food and Drink	On mezzanine level in The Avenue.
Left Luggage	Beside the terminal entry door between Zones D / E. Open 06:00 - 22:00, £2.50 per item up to 12 hours, £3 per 24 hours.
Luggage Trolleys	Plentiful and free. Not immediately obvious, they are available just inside the terminal entry doors in the 'atrium'. Trolleys can sometimes be found in the Short Term car park but it tends to be pot luck.
Pay Phones	Located throughout the check-in area and throughout the mezzanine level.
Postal Services	Mail box and stamp machine near the door to International Departures opposite TTT Bureau de Change.
Shopping	News shop and bookstore at check-in. The Avenue shopping mall has a comprehensive range of outlets.
Toilets	At each end of the check-in area, between Zones A / B and E / F and on the left side of the mezzanine level. Disabled facilities, baby changing areas and showers are available.

North Terminal - Arrivals
Bureau de Change	Two Bureaux de Change in the Arrivals hall. Thomas Cook, open 05:30-23:00, and Travelex, open 05:30-22:30.
Buses	Available from the terminal forecourt.
Car Hire	Major companies have desks in the self contained building across the forecourt from Arrivals.
Food and Drink	Coffee and snacks only.
Information Desk	In main Arrivals area on left hand side.
Luggage Trolleys	Available free of charge in Baggage Reclaim
Pay Phones	In Baggage Reclaim and in the main Arrivals hall.

Entertainment	Video games area near the Red Lion pub.
Food and Drink	Variety of outlets.
Information Desk	In main concourse after passport control.
Internet Exchange	Internet access, e-mail, games, office software, scanning, printing and faxing. Located in Departures Lounge, open 06:00 to 21:00.
